Arrive in Kathmandu, Overnight at a 5star Hotel. Fly to Pokhara the next day. Tour Around major places of Pokhara including Bindabasini and Tal Barahi Temple overnight at a 5star Hotel. The next day, early morning helicopter ride to Muktinath from Pokhara and return back to Pokhara. Lunch in Pokhara and fly back to Kathmandu and visit Jalnarayan(Budhanilkantha), Bouddha and Pashupatinath Temple for Evening Arati. The next day, you will be dropped to International Airport for your departure.
