When you don’t want to go trekking on the tough path to Everest Base Camp in Nepal for several days, the only option you have is to take an overland trip to Tibet’s Everest Base Camp. That is what this amazing experience provides. Arrive at the historic city of Lhasa, either through Nepal or China. Two days of guided sightseeing will take place, stopping at the magnificent Potala Palace, which is d famously known as the former residence of His Holiness The Dalai Lama. We will take a trip to the base camp with many stops along the way, after the culturally rich tour of Lhasa. A big pleasure is a trip through the beautiful Tibetan landscapes. And then we arrive at Rongbuk which offers spectacular views of the highest Mount Everest in the world. A two-hour walk to the Everest Base Camp is a treat that will lead you very close to the mighty Mt. Everest.
