The Ghorepani Poon Hill trek is possibly a perfect quick Himalayan trek! Appropriate for people of all backgrounds, especially for families with young children, which takes you right into the heart of the Annapurna. Poon Hill offers unprecedented views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Tukuche, Varaha Shikhar, and Lamjung Himal. This Ghorepani Poonhill trek also involves hiking across vibrant villages and rhododendron forests, with the Annapurna massif as a constant backdrop.
Following a 6-7-hours drive or a quick flight to Pokhara, the scenic lake city west of Kathmandu, we explore several central tourist attractions before concluding with a fantastic view of the mighty Himalayas. On a preceding day, we started the Ghorepani Poon Hill trek by driving to Nayapul and then trekking to Tikhe Dhunga and Ghorepani, and the next day hike to Poohnill early in the morning.
The sunrise over the skyline from Poon Hill is the pinnacle of this Ghorepani Poonhill trek, but, before that, the path crosses via picturesque villages, thick rhododendron forests teeming with birds, and deep sub-tropical valleys. We trekked to Tadapani on the same day.
The following day, the trek to Ghandruk provides a wide range of views of Machapuchare’s chamfered peak, as well as Mt. Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. Lodging is convenient in family-owned ecotourists’ inns, chiefly owned by the Gurung people, the region’s tribes.
Hiking up to Poon Hill to experience the sunrise over these breathtaking snow-capped mountains is an adventure to remember. For proficient travelers, it is an absorbing start to the Alps expressly if the duration is limited. The lodging across that well-traveled trail is quite convenient, as well as the meals are not frustrating. And, of course, the Himalayas seldom fail to impress with their picture-perfect glory! Mardi Himal Trek, Chisapani Nagarkot Trek, Helambu Trek are some short treks we offer, which you would like to look at.

Keep an eye out for langur monkeys in the forests and yak herds in higher-altitude areas. However, wildlife sightings can vary, so it's not a guaranteed aspect of the trek.
