Bardia National Park is the highest and most unexplored protected area in the Terai zone of Nepal. It is situated in the district of Bardia, on the eastern side of the Karnali River. It was built for the defense of representative habitats and the survival of the tiger and its prey. The alluvial grasslands and subtropical moist deciduous forests have rendered it a great area to explore.
The park is mostly dominated by woodland, grassland, savannah, and riverine wetlands for around 70 percent. It’s 53 mammals living. Rhinoceros, wild elephant, Bengal tiger, swamp deer, and Gangetic dolphin may be included. There are 407 bird types listed here. The park’s key emblem draw is the florican Bengal, white-rumped vulture, peafowl, and bar-headed geese.

The Bardia jungle safari is four days package that includes canoe rides, bird watching, jungle walks with a clear view of the wildlife, village tour, and cultural programs. Two days will be a drive or fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and vice versa. The second day and third day of the trip will be full of adventure. On the second day of the Bardia jungle safari, we will go for nature walks, jeep safari, encounter wildlife and at the end, enjoy Tharu culture dance. Then on the third day, the Elephant jungle safari excursion in the deep and dense forest to see wild animals and birds. And as usual in the evening cultural program of Tharu people.

Itinerary
After Breakfast drive to the Kathmandu Airport and fly to Nepalgunj, the flight takes about 45 minutes. Then drive to the resort at Bardia National Park, refresh, briefing about the program, and have lunch. After lunch we take a cultural tour, visit Tharu village and park visitor center, the sunset view from the riverbank, dinner, and slide show presentation regarding flora and fauna.
Enjoys morning tea or coffee and breakfast. Then start activities covering Nature walks, jungle walks, jeep safari for about an hour, and drive back to resort for lunch. After lunch, encounter wildlife on elephant back safari and jeep safari in the afternoon. In the evening have dinner enjoying the Tharu cultural dance.
After breakfast, an interesting feature activity is the elephant safari jungle excursion tour into the deep and dense jungle to explore a better chance of seeing wild animals.
In the evening, enjoy the cultural program of the Western Nepal Tharu dance organized by the villagers.
We start the morning with breakfast at the lodge, After that we go to visit the Karnali River for Dolphin Sightseeing, and then you return back to your lodge and Transfer to the Nepalgunj Airport for the flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will be transferred to the hotel.
