Langtang valley trek is a short and simple trek that rewards us with breathtaking views, Rhododendron flowers, Pine and Oak forest, and other natural wonders along the route. The Langtang region of Nepal greets us with a variety of unique and exotic plant and animal species. The harmonious sounds of the birds enhance the excitement and allure of the trek.
The trek takes you across Langtang National Park, a beautiful landscape filled with magnificent wildlife, yak meadows, and nearby cheese factories! Himalayan pheasants, Himalayan deer, Himalayan tigers, monkeys, and the rare red panda live in this area.
The Langtang Valley Trek offers stunning mountain views as well as beautiful scenery. From the dirt paths leading to Langtang, the glaciers and mountains of Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, Jugal Himal, Dorje Lakpa, and Ganja La Pass can all be seen.
The natives are mainly of Tibetan origin, and according to legend, the valley was found by a lama – a Tibetan Buddhist teacher – who was chased by a wild yak. “Lama” is the Tibetan word for “follow,” and “tang” is the Tibetan word for “lama.”
The Langtang Valley Trek begins after a fun trip by private jeep or bus from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi. On the following days, crossing Bhote Koshi river then continue along the Langtang Khola we reach Lama Hotel then pass through the region ravaged by the 2015 Earthquake before arriving at the new Langtang village, and Kyangjin Gompa.
Kyanjin gumba is another pavilion with many accommodation facilities, pleasant places, and mountains surrounding it. When trekking in the Langtang valley, these are the most fun places to visit. Explore Kyanjin Gompa, a Cheese factory, and climb Kyangjin Ri for a stunning 360-degree view of the Langtang peaks.
Retrace back on the same trail till Lama Hotel and from here trek on the bamboo forest and reach Thulo Syabru, charming remote Tamang and Sherpa village. The next day treks to Dhunche and drives back to Kathmandu. This trip ends with a full day of sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Once you reach Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), the Himalayan Marvel Adventure delegate will receive you from there and then check-in in at the hotel. In the evening meet your guide and other staff and then a brief description of the trip.
We’ll leave Kathmandu after breakfast and begin our journey. The 6-hour drive in a jeep/bus to Syabrubensi is full of beautiful scenery and adventure. You will spend the evening exploring the area around the hotel.
We’ll reach the Bhote Koshi first, then continue along the Langtang Khola. This path rises steadily to the Bamboo forest. After that, we make our way down to Rimche, which is located on the banks of the Langtang River. We can come across red pandas, monkeys, and bears on our journey.
From the Lama Hotel, we resume uphill until we reach Ghodatabela, a green meadow where we will stop for lunch. From Ghodatabela, you can see the magnificent Langtang range. You must pass through the region ravaged by the 2015 Earthquake before arriving at the new Langtang village.
Another fascinating day for a trek to Kyanjin Gompa awaits us today. The trail is simple to follow, and the views are breathtaking. After breakfast, the trek to Kyanjin Gompa takes 3-4 hours. Kyanjin gumba is another pavilion with many accommodation facilities, pleasant places, and mountains surrounding it. When trekking in the Langtang Valley, these are the most fun places to visit. You’re going to have a great time. Have lunch and explore Kyanjin Gompa and explore at another Cheese factory.
On this day, you will probably use to explore. The glaciers of Langtang Lirung are breathtaking. Climb Kyangjin Ri, also known in the area as Brana Chumbo, which is right behind the settlement and provides a stunning 360-degree view of the Langtang peaks.
As we gradually descend to Lama Hotel, today’s trek is long but relatively simple. The mountains appear to conquer the sky as they pass through woods and fascinating villages.
Thulo Syabru is a charming remote Tamang and Sherpa village. After breakfast, we walk from the Lama Hotel to the Hot Spring. To enter Thulo Syabru, the bamboo forest trekking trail, we must turn left from the hot spring and climb higher. To get to Thulo Syabru, we must first cross a suspension bridge.
After breakfast, we trek to Thulo Bharkhu through the pine forest on the final day of the trek. The journey to Thulo Bharkhu takes 3 hours, and lunch is served in the Bharkhu village. After lunch, we’ll continue on the road to Dhunche. The administrative center of Nepal’s Rasuwa district is Dhunche. Take in the stunning views of the Tibetan Himalayan range after checking into the hotel.
After breakfast at Dhunche, we leave on the bus/jeep to Kathmandu. On the way somewhere we will have lunch. According to the time we reach Kathmandu, we first check-in in the hotel and then take a rest.
The day starts with hot coffee and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, our city guide will receive you from the hotel and then take you to the Boudhanath temple, where you will explore the stupa and monastery. Then the guide will take you to the Patan Durbar Square, where you will explore the Patan Durbar, temples, and witness the Newari culture, and food. Then drive to Swayambhunath and get the view of Kathmandu Valley from the top of Swayambhunath then back to the hotel.
