Overview

Nestled within the depths of the Nepalese Himalayas- the Manaslu region offers trekkers a much-unparalleled experience. This mystical realm boasts breathtaking landscapes and offers trekkers a glimpse into the ancient traditions of Nepal.

The Manaslu trek is an off-the-beaten-path trek that circumnavigates the highest mountains in the world which include Mount Manaslu (8,163m). Manaslu will take you through remote villages and valleys, allowing you to experience the raw beauty of the Himalayan wilderness.

Trekking around this heavenly myth will take you to the Larkya La pass (5,160m) which is covered by diverse terrain, ranging from lush green forests to beautiful waterfalls. It almost sounds poetic when describing these lands but words and literature are never enough to see the beauty with your own barren eyes.

From deep gorges to rocky terrain. From snow-capped peaks to high-altitude lakes and all of these masterpieces of nature are left unhinged, left to be appreciated not through captures or a glimpse of images but through life itself is exactly why heaven on earth places like Manaslu exists.

Larkya La pass is one of the main highlights of Manaslu with minding views from the top. From the traditional Tibetan culture that includes remote villages which will leave you with a new perspective on humanity’s culture to the beautiful high-altitude lakes that will make you put your phones down and simply be present, all of this is exactly why Manaslu is a place one has to visit in their lifetime.
